At Eco Architectural we offer a free initial consultation service. We spend anywhere up to 1/2 a day discussing your project and coming up with initial ideas.

The Process:

Stage 1 – Project Brief

Stage 2 – Concept Design / Initial Sketch Scheme Ideas

Stage 3 – Developed Design and Planning Application 

Stage 4 – Building Regulations / Detailed Drawings Specification & Tender Documents 

Stage 5 – Construction Stage / Start of Project on Site 

‘Simple Pay Plan Service’ – We are different from other practices as we quote our clients for the services they require in different stages as fixed fees.  Not as a percentage of the overall build cost like so many practices. For example a client may wish to have a quotation to undertake a survey and sketch schemes, Planning and Building Regulations and then be happy to run the job themselves, you can pick and choose the services you will require and we will help you with your project as much or little as you wish.

We also do not charge VAT therefore providing a substantial saving to private clients and business clients which are not VAT registered.
