- Measured Surveys – If you do not have any existing plans of your property we prepare a survey as existing. Even if there are plans available we still like to do our own initial check survey to be assured that what we are proposing can be achieved.
- Planning – Full Planning Drawings for domestic and commercial property inc. Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Applications
- Building Regulations – This is the ‘nuts and bolts’ drawings and notes. This is how any design progresses form the drawing board onto the construction site. We work closely with Building Control Officers to ensure a successful project.
- 3d Drawings This is a great way for a client to visualise a building before it is built, often difficult to imagine on a standard 2d Plan.
- Refurbishment Whether it be simple internal works, or the external remodelling of home, this can really bring an existing building into the present day with some simple material changes.
- Maintenance Management Many buildings, particularly in the commercial sector are poorly managed. It is our thoughts that this poor management leads to a building becoming less environmentally friendly than it should be. Simple steps can be taken to reduce the impact our buildings have and we work closely with our clients to ensure their buildings are running as environmentally friendly as possible, helping the environment and the buildings running costs.
